Why does it say I am not signed in?

This is a remnant of Decentr’s Chromium base. This is the interface to sign in to a Google account, which you can safely ignore. Please find the Charon extension just to the left of Google’s sign-in button. Over time we plan to remove all mentions and connections to Google within the browser.
