Why aren't spotify/other media sites functioning correctly?

Unfortunately Spotify uses proprietary codecs for their web player, which we haven’t implemented into our browser. We've also received similar reports that Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu don't work properly. If any other livestreaming or media consumption websites are similarly not functioning, this may be for the same reason.
